She then joined the Butler Grizzlies’ Dance Team and earned her Associates, majoring in Dance. At the same time, she earned her bachelors in business. Once she returned to Wichita, she performed with Ballet Wichita in Nutcracker in 2016. She then earned her Masters in Business Administration. While earning her masters, she still look adult ballet classes at Ballet Wichita to stay in shape. Once graduated, she was invited to perform with Ballet Wichita in Sleeping Beauty, in 2020. Her love for ballet was reignited and she discovered her passion had never left her; she has been performing with Ballet Wichita ever since. Some of her favorite roles with Ballet Wichita were Spanish Soloist and Spanish Lead in Nutcracker, along with several Ballet in the Park roles, including: Joe Harper in Tom Sawyer, Tweety Bird in Carnival of Animals, and Winter Soloist in Once Upon a Time. This is Anastasia’s first year teaching at Ballet Wichita, and she is excited to help ignite the passion for ballet with her adult students!
