Hannah Chandler

Hannah Chandler is a Senior at Wichita State University pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and will pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree starting in Summer 2024. She trained locally at Wichita Children’s Theatre and Dance Center for fifteen years, and trained at Ballet Wichita for thirteen years as a company member. She has performed lead roles in Ballet Wichita’s Nutcracker such as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Dew Drop Fairy, Columbine Doll, and Chinese Soloist. She also has performed lead roles in Ballet Wichita’s productions of Ballet in the Park such as Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, and most recently Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Hannah has been a dance teacher for four years, and has performed with Wichita Contemporary Dance Theatre and Mid America Dance Theatre at WSU. She has also attended summer intensives around the country.
