Hannah Chandler
Ballet Instructor
Hannah Chandler graduated from Wichita State University in May 2024 with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science. Now she is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Wichita State University. Hannah trained locally at Wichita Children’s Theatre and Dance Center for fifteen years, and trained at Ballet Wichita for fourteen years as a company member. She has performed lead roles in Ballet Wichita’s Nutcracker such as the Sugar Plum Fairy, Dew Drop Fairy, Columbine Doll, and Chinese Soloist. She also has performed lead roles in Ballet Wichita’s productions of Ballet in the Park such as Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and most recently, Lilac Fairy in Once Upon a Time. Hannah has been a dance teacher for five years, and has performed with Wichita Contemporary Dance Theatre and Mid America Dance Theatre at WSU. She has also attended summer intensives around the country. As a dance teacher Hannah loves to see how kids develop their confidence, personality, and achieve their goals. She also enjoys teaching adults and watching them improve their alignment and achieve new goals.
