POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

REHEARSAL ATTENDANCE POLICY

Dancers are expected to attend all rehearsals listed for their roles. If a dancer cannot attend a rehearsal, the Company Manager should be notified at a minimum of 24 hours prior to that missed rehearsal. The reason for the absence should be included in the email. If an unexpected conflict or illnesses arises less than 24 hours before, the Company Manager must be contacted via text message at 316-708-7422.

Unexcused absences will be noted and could negatively affect a dancer’s casting or ability to perform. More than 3 unexcused absences will result in a meeting with the Director and Company Manager to assess the situation and what can be done to prevent further absences and whether continuing with the production is in all parties best interest.

Regular attendance is essential to overall success of the production. The other dancers are counting on your attendance for their ability to learn and progress. Dancers with poor attendance and multiple unexcused absences may jeopardize your participation in current and future productions.
