Looking for a summer intensive close to home? Our week of classes is a great introduction to the work and schedule of a longer summer training camp.
Already going to a summer intensive this year? Ballet Wichita’s Intensive is the perfect opportunity to get you fully prepared!
FACULTY: Classes will be taught by International Master Teacher David Justin (Royal Ballet, San Fransisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, and Kansas City Ballet) and a team of select master teachers including Grace Holmes, Kansas City Ballet School Director.
The Ballet Wichita Summer Intensive class series may by divided into two groups depending on enrollment and skill level
- The intensive is open to ages 10 to 22 with a maximum number of students limited to 32
**Pointe and pre pointe classes are based on prior training and current strength levels at the discretion of Ballet Wichita faculty.
Intensive Dates and Times:
- June 6 – 4:00pm – 8:30pm
- June 7 – 4:00pm – 8:30pm
- June 8 – 4:00pm – 8:30pm
- June 9 – 4:00pm – 8:30pm
- June 10 – 9:30am – 1:30pm
The last class day is an open house for family and friends to observe dance class and join us for a celebratory snack and beverage from 12:30-1:30pm

Intensive Registration Options: Dancers may sign up for all 5 days or choose a 3 day period to attend. We highly recommend the full 5 day experience, but understand dancers and families have unique scheduling needs.
